1. Production Time: The Art of Patience

Every pair is 100% hand-painted to order. To ensure the highest quality, durability, and artistic precision, we require a dedicated production window:

  • Standard Creation Time: 10 - 14 business days.

  • During this time, your sneakers undergo a professional multi-step process: preparation, hand-painting, and premium waterproof sealing.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping tiers at checkout so you can choose the one that best fits your schedule:

  • Premium Shipping (via USPS Ground Advantage):

    • Transit Time: 7 - 12 business days.

    • Total Arrival: Approx. 3 - 4 weeks from order date.

    • Tax: No import duties or hidden fees for US customers.

  • Expedited Shipping (via UPS or FedEx):

    • Transit Time: 5 - 7 business days.

    • Total Arrival: Approx. 2 - 2.5 weeks from order date (Includes priority handling).

    • Best for: Birthdays, holidays, or last-minute gifts.

3. Real-Time Tracking Transparency

Regardless of the carrier, you will stay informed every step of the way:

  • Instant Updates: Once our studio completes your artwork and hands it over to our logistics partner, a tracking number is generated immediately.

  • In-Transit Visibility: You will see the "In Transit" status as soon as the package leaves our international studio. You can track your masterpiece's journey through customs and all the way to your doorstep via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

4. No Import Duties (Hassle-Free)

We have optimized our logistics for the US market. For most orders:

  • No Hidden Fees: Your purchase is typically exempt from import taxes and customs duties. The price you see at checkout is final.
