• These shoes are 100% hand-painted.
• Each pair is meticulously crafted, making every design unique.
• Please note: Due to the handmade nature of the product, the design may not match the picture exactly.
• We use high-quality leather paints specially designed for custom sneakers. A water and stain-resistant finisher is applied to protect the design.
• To ensure durability, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight and hand-wash the shoes with cold water.

PRODUCTION TIME:

• Handmade Orders: Each order takes up to 14 days to complete. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
• Shipping: Fast shipping with FedEx or UPS (5–7 days).
• Delivery Time: You will receive your order within 3 weeks from the order date.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

• As these items are handmade, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• If we send the wrong design or size, we will send you a new item at no additional cost.
• However, if you order the wrong size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully refer to the centimeter size guide before placing your order.
