• This shoe is hand paint so it can't not like the picture 100%.
• Size (Unisex USA Size): Please read size guide at centimeter when order.
• We use high quality leather paints made specially for custom sneakers. A water and stain finisher is used to protect the design. To ensure longevity, avoid long time exposure to the sun and hand-wash shoes with cold water.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

• If we send wrong design or wrong size, we will send new item and you don't need to pay any fee.
• But your if order wrong size we don't accept to return or exchange. So please choose size at centimeter size guide.

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING:

• Production: 2 weeks
• Fast Shipping with FedEx or UPS (5 - 7 days)
• You will have get your order up to 3 weeks after the order date.
• Please triple check your address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders going to the wrong address.

SHOE CARE:

• Make sure to only clear around the designs.
• You can use isopropyl on any dirty surfaces that are around the design to make them look good.
• DO NOT put shoes in washer or dryer.
